How to make money with Rejuveno

It is simple to make money with Rejuveno. Just do these simple tasks:
1. Buy/sell at least 250PV (about US$38) of Rejuveno products every week. 1PV = HK$1.00.
2. Sponsor 2 or more Active Distributors as your downline.
3. Train your downlines to do the same (tasks 1,2,3).

To work effectively, you need a plan:
1. Write down a list of at least 100 names, and sort them according to potential for income.
2. Set goals for yourself. A typical goal is to develop one Active Distributor per month, and train your downlines to do the same. To achieve this goal, you need to work daily to: See the People, Share the Products, Show the Plan.

You don't have to work alone. You have many successful uplines who are willing to help you succeed. Just remember the ABC of Network Marketing:

A = Advisor (Your uplines)
B = Bridge (You)
C = Customer (Your prospect)

When you team up with your uplines, you can duplicate their success.


The Power of Duplication

The Rejuveno Compensation Plan has been designed to reward retail sales and excellence in training and management. Your income potential is not limited to what you alone can do in a 24-hour day. Your training and management of others will lay the foundation for realizing your personal and financial objectives.

In the following paragraphs, special terms are defined at the end of this page.

The REJUVENO Compensation Plan is a second-generation binary type. This plan type is the most popular among the five common types, and has been voted number one by American distributors for two years in a row (1997-1998).

The REJUVENO Compensation Plan is based on units called Sales Accounts. Each Sales Account can earn commissions and bonus independently. You can own one or more Sales Accounts, and earn multiple commissions from them. When you join REJUVENO, you can choose to open one or three Sales Accounts. Just order 750PV within any four-week period to open one Sales Account, or order 2,250PV within four weeks after sign-up to open three Sales Accounts. When the first Sales Account reaches Max-out, you can re-enter your downline and open three additional Sales Accounts. You can open more Sales Accounts again when these Sales Accounts reach Max-out.

The main feature of a binary plan is two Legs on the left and right sides of a Sales Account, just like the two legs of a real person. When you sponsor the third friend, you must place him/her under one of your downlines on the left or on the right. For example, when you start out you may sponsor Alice and place her on your left side. Next, you may sponsor Bonnie and place her on your right side. Then when you sponsor the third downline Charlie, you must choose between placing him under Alice or Bonnie's left or right side.

#002 and #003 Sales Accounts also have two Legs on their left and right sides. Downlines on the left or right sides of #002 are also on the left side of #001 . Similarly, downlines on the left or right sides of #003 are also on the right side of #001. For example, if you have placed Alice on the left side of your Sales Account #002, her orders will increase income for your Sales Accounts #001 and #002 at the same time. You can double your income without doubling sales volume.

Commissions and Bonuses are calculated once per week. The REJUVENO week starts from Saturday mornings and ends on Friday evenings local time. Bonus amounts exceeding HK$100 will be paid out one week after the end of the week. Amounts below HK$100 will be withheld and combined with the amounts for the following week.

As a REJUVENO distributor, you enjoy income from five sources:

  1. RETAIL PROFIT
  2. COMMISSIONS
  3. SPONSOR BONUS
  4. TEAM BONUS
  5. PERSISTENCE BONUS

1. RETAIL PROFIT

When you buy products at wholesale prices, then sell them at retail prices, you get an immediate retail profit of about 30%.

2. COMMISSIONS

Calculation:

The downline organization of each Sales Account is divided into two groups, one on the left side and one on the right side. When a downline on the left side places an order, the order adds Purchase Volume (PV) points to the total PV for the left side, regardless of which level or generation he/she is located, as long as he/she is within the group on the left side. When a downline on the right side places an order, the order adds PV points to the total PV for the right side, regardless of which level or generation he/she is located, as long as he/she is within the group on the right side. The side with more PV is called the Strong Leg, and the side with less PV is called the Weak Leg. 10% Commissions are paid on the PV in the Weak Leg. After deducting the same amount of PV from the Strong Leg, the excess PV is carried over to next week and becomes the PV for next week.

The maximum amount of PV on which Commissions are paid is 38,000PV on each side. If there is more than 38,000PV, Commissions are paid as if there is only 38,000PV.

Qualifications

  1. Open at least one Sales Account (750PV)¡C
  2. Accumulate at least 2,250GPV. GPV is Group Purchase Volume, which can be accumulated over any length of time, and includes your own purchases plus those of your Direct Downlines. Direct Downlines are distributors you have sponsored.
  3. The Sales Account must be qualified for the current week. The conditions for qualifying the Sales Accounts are:
  4. Sales Account #001: Order 250PV in the current week, or
    Order 1,000PV within the last 4 weeks, or
    Order 6,500PV within the last 6 months, or
    Order 13,000PV within the last 12 months.
    Sales Accounts #002 and #003 must be qualified at the same time:
    Order 125PV each, for a total of 250PV, or
    Order 500PV each, for a total of 1,000PV, or
    Order 3,250PV each, for a total of 6,500PV, or
    Order 6,500PV each, for a total of 13,000PV

    Sales Account #001 must be qualified first before any PV can be allocated to Sales Accounts #002 or #003. In other words, Sales Accounts #002 or #003 cannot be qualified alone. If you want to qualify one of them, all three Sales Accounts must be qualified at the same time. On the other hand, Sales Account #001 can be qualified alone.

    If you choose to order 6,500PV or 13,000PV to maintain 6-month or 1-year qualifications, the Company will allocate the PV for you every four weeks as follows

3. SPONSOR BONUS

This bonus is especially designed to encourage co-operation between the distributor and the sponsor, and is the largest source of income among the five sources. The distributors you introduce to REJUVENO are called your Direct Downlines, and they are your Partners.

Calculation:

Sponsor Bonus is the grand total of the Commissions earned by your entire Group of Direct Donwlines. For example, suppose you have sponsored three Direct Downlines: Alice¡¦s Commission is $1,000, Bonnie¡¦s Commission is $2,000, and Charlie¡¦s Commission is $3,000. Your Sponsor Bonus is $6,000, which is the sum of the Commissions of your three Direct Downlines. Sponsor Bonus is an extra income added on top of your own Commissions. You get the same amount of Commissions as your Direct Downlines, dollar for dollar.

Qualifications:

  1. You must first be qualified to receive Commissions
  2. You have 6 Active Direct Downlines; or

You have purchased the Sponsor Bonus Qualification Waiver by placing a single order for 8,000PV within six weeks after you join REJUVENO, using Sales Account #001 (This will also qualify Sales Account for 4 weeks).

4. TEAM BONUS

 This bonus is designed to encourage teamwork and mutual support among all distributors.

 Calculation:

Every week, REJUVENO sets aside a Team Bonus of 2% on the PV allocated during the week to all Sales Accounts of the entire company worldwide, and divide it among qualified distributors.

Qualifications:

  1. You must first be qualified to receive Commissions.
  2. You reach Max-out when your Weak Leg reaches 38,000PV. Starting from the second Max-out, you get one share in the Team Bonus pool for every Sales Account that has reached Max-out at least twice.

5. PERSISTENCE BONUS

If you buy 250PV every week, or 1,000PV every four weeks, without interruption for at least 2 years, you will be qualified to get Persistence Bonus:

Every time you cash-in on your Persistence Bonus, the number of years accumulated will be reset to zero, and start counting from the beginning. If you do not cash-in, you can continue to qualify and continue to accumulate Persistence Bonus at larger percentages.


RANK QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Distributor: Open one Sales Account and you becomes a Distributor.
  2. Supervisor: When you have sponsored two Direct Downlines who own three Sales Accounts each, you are promoted to Supervisor.
  3. Manager Health Consultant: When you are a Supervisor who has one Sales Account reaching Max-out once, you are promoted to Manager Health Consultant.
  4. Gold Health Consultant: When you are a Manager who has one Direct Downline Manager Health Consultant, you are promoted to Gold Health Consultant.
  5. Jade Health Consultant: When you are a Gold Health Consultant who has two Direct Downline Manager Health Consultants, you are promoted to Jade Health Consultant.
  6. Diamond Health Consultant: When you are a Jade Health Consultant who has two Direct Downline Jade Health Consultants, you are promoted to Diamond Health Consultant.


DEFINITION OF TERMS

SALES ACCOUNT: An account in the computer which calculates your Commissions and Bonuses.

Max-out: When the total PV on the left and the total PV on the right sides of a Sales Account both reach at least 38,000PV in the same week, the Sales Account is qualified as Max-out.

Downline: A Distributor in your organization.

Direct Downline: Downline sponsored by you.

Group: Your own Sales Accounts plus those of your Direct Downlines constitute your Group.

Active: A Sales Account is considered Active when the minimum PV required to qualify the Sales Account is fulfilled.

Purchase Volume (PV): Points used for calculating Commissions and bonuses, and for determining qualifications. Each product has a PV value which may or may not be equal to the wholesale price. Each PV is equal to one Hong Kong dollar at this time. Like the wholesale price, the value of each PV may change according to market conditions.
